we roast on sundays and ship on mondays via usps from irvine, california. orders placed by saturday 6 pm (pacific) join that week's roast; later orders roll to the following week. you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. we currently ship within the united states only.
postage is a flat $6.95 by usps ground advantage, and free on orders of 3 bags or more — any mix of coffees.
coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns of opened or unopened bags. but if anything is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, the wrong coffee showed up, or it never arrived — email us within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. if the coffee just isn't to your taste, write to us anyway; we'd rather know, and we'll often make it right regardless.
subscriptions aren't open yet. here's how they'll work, and how to hear when they start.
before opening a dispute with your card issuer, please email us — we resolve almost everything within a day, and a refund from us is faster than a chargeback.
we keep as little as possible. there's no tracking script on this site and no cookies. cloudflare, which serves the site, keeps overall traffic counts on its side — how many visits, roughly from where — and that's all we look at. there's nothing here to consent to, which is why you won't find a cookie banner.
payments are handled entirely by stripe. your card details go to them, never to us; we only ever see what we need to send you coffee — your name, address, email and what you ordered. we use that to fill your order and to email you about it. we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the shipping carrier.
want to know what we hold on you, or want it deleted? email us and we'll sort it out. if you're in california, that's your right under the ccpa; we'd do it anyway.
