we roast on sundays and ship on mondays via usps from irvine, california. orders placed by saturday 6 pm (pacific) join that week's roast; later orders roll to the following week. you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. we currently ship within the united states only.
coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns of opened or unopened bags. but if anything is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, the wrong coffee showed up, or it never arrived — email us within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. if the coffee just isn't to your taste, write to us anyway; we'd rather know, and we'll often make it right regardless.
subscriptions renew automatically with each roast cycle. you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from the link in any subscription email — changes made before the saturday 6 pm cutoff apply to that week's roast; after the cutoff they apply to the next one. no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee.
before opening a dispute with your card issuer, please email us — we resolve almost everything within a day, and a refund from us is faster than a chargeback.
